Beto gets a pair of mechanical boots that give his feet more ability. He moves with more efficiency, speed and precision. He realizes that they are not what he expected and must decide if he will risk using his new booties.

After being recruited by a fashion agent, Beto must move to Fashionville to fulfill his commitments as a model. At first, everything is entertaining for Beto until he begins to miss his friends.

Worst discovers that whoever is crowned champion of all sports will be named mayor of Sportsville and take control of the town. After a streak of cheating wins, the only thing that separates the stuffed animal from absolute power is soccer.

Worst creates a device capable of confusing the sergeant referee to change the rules of all sports. From there, chaos explodes in Sportsville. The referee modifies all regulations and the city becomes ungovernable.
